South Sydney superstar Sam Burgess has been cleared of major damage after injuring his shoulder in England's Four Nations finale. Burgess was in significant pain as he sat in the sheds after being forced from the field during the first half of England's 36-10 win over Papua New Guinea on Saturday. But the Rabbitohs on Monday released a statement saying the rampaging backrower would be right to begin pre-season training in the new year. Burgess and New Zealand hooker Issac Luke are not due to return to training until the first week of January following their Four Nations commitments.
