![]() Club management concluded their investigation today into a punch-up between Taylor and player David Fa'alogo at a season-ending drinking binge on Sunday. A Souths statement released tonight said: ``The result of that investigation is that Head Coach Jason Taylor has been served today with formal notification of breaches of his contract with the Club and has been given until 5pm Tuesday, 15 September 2009 by which to respond to that notification.
"The Club has informed the NRL of the outcome of its investigation and will continue to keep it informed as the disciplinary process against both individuals progresses.''
