PR-inside.com © AP The Rabbitohs, who trailed 16-12 at halftime, lead the NRL on points differential ahead of three others teams _ Brisbane, the Gold Coast and St. George Illawarra _ all with three wins and one loss. In other matches Sunday, the Bulldogs scored a 24-12 win over Cronulla and Newcastle handed defending champion Manly its fourth straight loss to open the season, beating the Sea Eagles 26-12. The Gold Coast Titans turned their fortunes around at Olympic Park in Melbourne with an 18-6 win over the Storm. In their past two visits to Melbourne's home ground, the Titans conceded almost 100 points and scored only 10, but on Saturday they led from start to finish. It was the only the Storm's fourth loss at home in 45 games, and their first night loss at home in their past 20 matches. «Two points are very hard to come by down here,» said Gold Coast captain Luke Bailey. «There's still a lot to learn and a lot to improve but confidence is gaining and we're getting a bit of momentum. Penrith broke a 22-22 tie with 11 minutes left to score three tries in the final eight minutes for a 42-22 win over the Wests Tigers. On Friday, St. George Illawarra and its former Brisbane coach Wayne Bennett beat the Broncos 25-12, handing the Queensland side its first loss after three wins to start the season. Another former Bronco, 34-year-old winger Wendell Sailor, scored a 59th-minute try for the Dragons. It was the Dragon's eighth straight win over the Broncos since 2006 _ the previous seven all against Bennett-coached sides. Bennett received warm applause from the crowd in his first NRL match at Brisbane since switching allegiances this season to the Dragons following more than two decades and six league championships with the Broncos. Asked if he felt relief or satisfaction, Bennett said: «None of those. I am wearing a different jersey. The job is the same. «People have been wonderful to me. They shook me hand, wished me best of luck. I was here 21 years, I have a great rapport with the fans and nothing has changed. New Brisbane coach Ivan Henjak said his side «looked a little bit flat. «We didn't have the energy that we had had the last three weeks,» Henjak said. «We didn't match them physically. In the end we probably got what we deserved. The Sydney Roosters, playing without two suspended players, beat Parramatta 24-6. Willie Mason and Nate Myles watched from the stands under a club-imposed suspension for breaching a no-alcohol policy as winger Shaun-Kenny Dowall scored two tries for the Roosters. On Monday, Canberra, the only other winless team besides Manly, plays North Queensland to conclude the fourth round.
